Charges
Your order to subscribe to any of our paid membership portfolios or trading strategies will be processed within 1–5 business days from the date it was placed.
Once you place an order to subscribe, expect an email confirmation within an hour. This email will include links to the portfolios and trading strategies you have subscribed to, along with instructions on how to access your paid member web pages displaying the subscribed active and updated portfolio and/or trading strategy.
Auto Renewal of Subscription
If you are enrolled in a subscription, then we will charge your card at the frequency and price disclosed to you on the checkout page on which you provided your credit card, debit card, or UPI information.
We will notify you if we are unable to process your credit card / or any mode of payment for successful renewal payments.
Confirmation of Your Order
Upon ordering a subscription to our portfolios or trading strategies, you’ll receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours, excluding your payment details for security reasons.
If your provided payment method fails, a member of our Member Services Team will reach out to you. This contact will either be by telephone (if you’ve provided your number) or through email to verify the details you have provided and attempt the authorization process again. Any communication via email or phone won’t include payment details for your security.
Ending a Subscription
We reserve the right to terminate your subscriptions and access to our websites without notice.
If the termination is not due to a breach of terms and conditions and concerns a fixed-term paid subscription, the unused portion of subscription fees will be refunded.
